4. MATUL: MATUL/Urban Poor Leaders' Training Commission, and expand MA and training processes in six institutions, upgrade existing partnerships by eanbling leaders of the Commission.
5. City Leaders Networks: Coordinate the Encarnação Alliance towards 50,000 from the slums to the slums, with monthly communiqués and leadership team expansion towards global conference. Respond to requests for envisioning, prophetic leadership of missions.
6. Grassroots Training Among Urban Poor: Complete training development of five grassroots courses.
