Delegate to admin assistants the task to feed updates to your 3 PR pages on the public matul.org site to rpratt@apu.edu.
 

Work with your admin assistant to develop your recruiting plan with 5-7 target groups, materials development plan, mailout plan, web marketing plan, and budget and send to be added here to give ideas to others.

We have no authority over each other, but recruiting plans are required for each MATUL Commission meeting as a way of motivating each school to develop these.

These should identify:

  1. the goal of #'s recruited,
  2. the target segments with a list of steps to penetrate
  3. the materals needed for each segmernt,
  4. the funnel (ie how many need to enrol, how many need to be intervewed, how many contacted, how many advertisments need to get out to how many people).
  5. Budget for marketing, assigned to various targets
