Bro. Viv Grigg, M.A.(Missions, Fuller), PhD (Theology), (International Co-ordinator, Encarnação Alliance). Since 1974, has been a prophetic voice for the global slums into the missions community.  Pioneered incarnational churchplanting strategies in the slums of Manila, Kolkata, Sao Paulo, founding several apostolic order from which 213+ organisations. Authored works influencial in global mission strategy.

Dr Corrie de Boer, urban missions professor, Asian Theological Seminary, Manila, chair of the Encarnação Training Commission, has established 500 schools in the slums of Manila.

Dr Rich Slimbach, APU,  has designed six  functioning cross-cultural programs for APU. Recognised expert in cross-cultural and development education, resigned as HOD of the Global Studies Dept to develop this program for APU.

Dr P.N. Saravanan, churchplanter, 6 years missionary from India to Indonesia, director program, HBI.
